Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction. This individual will mentor junior staff, interface directly with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and construction phases of 1-2 concurrent ground-up projects
Act as primary client contact and ensure strong communication throughout project lifecycle
Mentor and supervise 3-4 team members
Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes
Facilitate internal and external meetings, including project kickoffs
Review construction documents for accuracy, code compliance, and design intent
Conduct site visits and participate in public hearings as needed
Qualifications:
12+ years of architectural project management experience
Recent (within past 3-5 years) experience with Type V wood frame construction in multifamily, senior living, or hospitality projects
Strong leadership, client management, and mentoring skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Architectural registration preferred
Familiarity with Bluebeam required; Revit and AutoCAD are advantageous
Experience managing projects from the ground up (remodel or commercial-only experience not applicable)
Additional Details:
Schedule: 4x9-hour days and a half-day on Fridays
Must be available by 8:00 AM for 8:30 AM meetings
One work-from-home day may be allowed per week (Tues-Thurs only, fixed day)

POSITION OVERVIEW

What Will You Be Doing?
Complete 3D constructs as assigned from weekly production releases utilizing CAD
Review CAD files and identify modifications as required
Order and review site survey with external surveyor
Communicate with engineering resources for structural updates
Work closely with Purchasing, Estimating, and Production team for print related clarifications
Constant understanding of value engineering and a diligent effort controlling cost impacts
Implement continuous improvement directives to maximize operational efficiencies
