What is an assistant grocery manager and how to become one

Although an assistant grocery store manager is only the second-in-command in a grocery store operations, they still have a lot of responsibilities in their hands. The main part of their job is assisting the manager in running the day-to-day operations, such as checking inventory, doing administrative work, and directing store clerks and cashiers.
