Find your company's solution at ************************* Position Summary / Objective The Contract & Financial Support Analyst is responsible for serving as a critical bridge between Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance & Accounting, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and controls in the contracting process, sales compensation integrity, and deal execution excellence. This role combines financial analysis expertise with operational excellence to support our global Sales team through comprehensive contract review, compensation plan analysis & administration, and Deal Desk operations while maintaining rigorous audit processes and data integrity standards. Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities · Thoroughly review opportunities and documents submitted to the Deal Desk, including Order Forms, Contract Amendments, Master Service Agreements, etc., and ensure they are translated accurately into Salesforce · Support the analysis, structuring, controls, execution, and interpretation of sales compensation plans and payments globally · Act as the liaison and business partner to varied functional groups, including HR, Legal, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance / Accountin,g and Operations · Work with Accounting and Operations to implement and maintain a rigorous audit process to ensure data integrity, and support Finance in developing forecasts and budgets on incentive compensation expenses · Perform financial analysis of executed customer contracts, Salesforce opportunities & data, and make necessary adjustments in systems for accurate reporting · Assist cross-functional groups with miscellaneous or ad hoc analysis & reporting as needed Competencies · Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal & problem-solving skills · Extraordinary attention to detail and quick learner of new concepts · Strong communication & collaboration skills and ability to resolve conflicts · Create structure, implement processes, and drive impact with limited guidance or precedence · Solid work ethic, multi-tasking skills, and ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced, and changing environment · “Kaizen” mentality - continue to find ways to challenge and improve existing processes Qualifications and Experience · A bachelor's degree in a quantitative business discipline (such as finance, accounting, mathematics / analytics, or economics) is required · 1 - 2 years of experience in an FP&A, revenue operations, or business / data analysis role (including professional experience in a similar environment, practical academic experience, and / or internship experience,e provided that it is relevant to the role) · High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams) with experience in financial / data modeling Preferred Skills · CRM / CLM (Salesforce), incentives software (e.g., Spiff), and CPQ / QTC (e.g., Conga) experienceis a plus · Clear understanding of financial concepts and general understanding of U.S. GAAP revenue accounting principles · High level of comfort presenting to and influencing all levels of leadership When you join the OneSource Virtual team, you are encouraged to learn and share ideas.
