Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Finishing Operations:
Manage the finishing processes for exposed carbon fiber and composite parts, ensuring that all parts meet the required quality standards.
Lead and monitor clear coat applications, ensuring consistency and accuracy in paint and finish.
Ensure parts are prepared for the clear coating process, including proper surface preparation techniques (cleaning, sanding, priming) to achieve optimum results.

Training and Development:

Identify bottlenecks in the finishing process and work cross-functionally to eliminate delays and improve efficiency.
Collaboration:

Safety and Compliance:

5+ years of experience in a finishing operations role, preferably in carbon fiber, composites, or aerospace industries.

Our client is a commercial general contractor looking for a project manager to help propel their retail construction division. The project manager in this role will specialize in renovation, remodel, and ground up projects. Candidates should be comfortable managing several projects at a time.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Provide management oversight for all phases of construction projects from beginning to end.
Develop and manage project budget to ensure job profitability.
Manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously.
Determine and define scope of work and deliverables and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to reach profitable agreements.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides daily care to patients to include personal grooming and hygiene
Supports in care such as oral, denture, skin care
Assists patients in daily care such as: bathing, dressing, bathroom.
Assists patients in and out of bed and into wheelchair with the correct use of the transfer belt.
Takes vital signs of patients, e.g., temperature, blood pressure, and respiration and records information.
