A business development account manager comes up with methods to recognize new customers and business opportunities. You must get through to prospective customers to form relationships with them and as well organize meetings. You must also attend organized meetings and conduct market findings and analyses to gather information and work with several professionals and analysts. To form a relationship with clients, you must contact them via appointments, correspondences, or phone calls. You must also train staff and assist crew members in improving their skills as you may have to often operate as a team. Creating goals for crew development and enterprise enhancement and making sure that goals are met is part of your duties.

You need a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or connected area of education to qualify for this job. A master's degree, GED, or high school diploma can be used as a second choice. You must have excellent leadership, client service, communication, and analytical skills. Also, you must be able to multi-task and organize well. With these requirements met, you will earn an average of $95,543 per annum or $45.93 per hour.

I have spent almost two decades in the higher education industry and about a decade in administration. I often advised students, and it is astonishing to see how many of these students do not plan for their future. A good plan is a starting point to lead a good and successful career and life. Hence, by all means, it is worth noting that developing a future-oriented focus is important, so taking time to streamline the plan should be an important exercise for every graduate before they begin to do anything.
