Compensation: $55 to $60 per hour Overview: Our leading construction & renewable energy services client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the onsite construction of a ground-up hydrogen fueling station in Chehalis, Washington. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with all specifications and regulatory requirements. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle-from mobilization through to closeout. You will be the onsite lead for coordinating subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to client's safety protocols, managing project documentation via Procore, maintaining construction schedules, conducting inspections, and leading stakeholder meetings. Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of onsite construction from mobilization to project closeout. Enforce client and OSHA safety protocols; ensure subcontractor compliance. Manage construction documentation through Procore (RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Daily Reports, etc.). Maintain project schedule in Microsoft Project and weekly 3-week look-ahead schedules. Supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and safety. Coordinate onsite deliveries, inspections, equipment rentals, and general conditions. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders. Organize and lead weekly stakeholder and subcontractor meetings, including generating meeting minutes. Call in and coordinate permit and 3rd-party inspections as needed. Manage QA/QC for all trades and track associated deliverables. Prepare and distribute daily reports on construction activities and subcontractor progress. Ensure all final closeout documentation and compliance materials are submitted accurately and on time. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management OR related field (preferred). High School Diploma/GED (required). PMP, CPM, or equivalent Project/Construction Management certifications preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction management. Proven track record with at least three (3) references from prior construction projects. Experience managing ground-up, industrial projects valued at $5M+. Familiarity with hazardous area classifications and P&ID instrument integration preferred. Technical Skills: OSHA 30 Certification required (OSHA 500 preferred); must manage and enforce site-specific Safety Plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and in using construction management software tools (e.g. Procore) is required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and CAD documents. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures across multiple trades. Understanding of Washington State compliance documentation and local permitting/inspection processes. Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve issues in real-time. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management. Capable of working under pressure and meeting critical deadlines.

Job Description ProSidian Seeks a Lessons Learned Knowledge Management Specialist (SCA Code: N/A) in CONUS - Olympia, WA to support an engagement for a State Dept. of Transportation's Enterprise Services Division. The State DOT is the steward of a multimodal transportation system and responsible for ensuring that people and goods move safely and efficiently. The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide an internet-based lifecycle grants management system (hereinafter referred to as System, Grants Management System, or GMS). The State DOT will use the System to administer Subrecipient grants, awarded to local jurisdictions and other organizations, by the Public Transportation Division. The Engagement Team shall be responsible for installation, customization, configuration, data migration, maintenance, internet hosting, customer support for both The State DOT and Subrecipients, and ongoing technical support for the Grants Management System. The Project is funded, in part, by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funds. The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to Required System capabilities can be organized into four broad categories. In order of importance, the key Grants Management Systems (GMS) project categories are 3.1.1 Management of Grants, 3.1.2 Contracts (non- grants), 3.1.3 Inventory, and 3.1.4 Asset Management. 3.1.1 Grants Management: System to manage Subrecipient grants through the lifecycle from application submission, review and approval. 3.1.2 Contracts Management: System must record and recall individual Subrecipient contracts. 3.1.3 Inventory Management: System to record and track Subrecipient inventory (e.g. mainly vehicles, but may include other items). 3.1.4 Asset Management: System will track the documentation and value preservation of publicly-owned assets. The State DOT's public transportation grants help provide access, mobility, independence and improved transportation options to state residents. These grants provide transit services within and between communities and/or Tribal lands; create transit-oriented infrastructure; purchase new buses, vanpool vehicles and other capital equipment; provide public transportation service for seniors, people with disabilities and other special needs populations; support transportation demand management and commute trip reduction activities; and improve public transportation in rural areas. Lessons Learned Knowledge Management Specialist Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and primary role is to gather LL data. Perform LL information system operational tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of the LL Program. Recommend changes/updates for a more efficient LL Program to meet mission needs. Interfaces with the client on a day-to-day basis. Support the completion of specific tasks of a project within estimated timeframes. Supports presentations and client's meetings. Professionals in this role should be adept and experienced in developing and leading implementation of the Implementer-Led Design, Evidence, Analysis and Learning (IDEAL) knowledge management strategy principally focused on military theater operations support, retrograde and the return supply mission areas. In addition, professionals will work closely with the Knowledge Management Communications and other key program staff to engage stakeholders in peer-to-peer collaborative learning. The ProSidian Engagement Team shall support The Agency's in-person knowledge sharing and gathering processes from conceptualization to implementation, coordinating the input from key stakeholders to drive content and managing the staffing and resources to ensure successful implementation. This position will also lead the updating and expansion of applicable KM Systems to effectively facilitate real-time collaborative learning, facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge transfer, reach a broader audience, and address design and user challenges. As a leader within the Knowledge Management (KM) team, this individual will also contribute to the overall KM strategy of program and enable team members and implementing partners (IPs) to better capture, generate, apply and share high quality information on food security practices. LOE Estimates cover Knowledge Management Technical Leadership and Support (Approx. 30%) | Knowledge Management Event Management and Coordination (Approx. 30%) | Adaptive Management (Approx. 25%) | Administrative Support Services (Approx. 15%). Qualifications The Lessons Learned Knowledge Management Specialist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. Minimum Education/Experience: Must possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in system migration, change management, knowledge management and/or management science experience required.
