A direct report to a C15 role and is an intergral member of the functional leadership team . **Responsibilities:** + The NAM Retail Transactions Head supports the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of all Citi Corporate Real Estate Retail interests in NAM. + Delivery of Transaction activities in all Citi retail premises in CRS Region to agreed Functional strategies, KPIs and Standards and within agreed financial budgets. Transaction activities include building purchase and sale, lease acquisition and disposal, lease administration and contract/lease negotiation for all building types within the Region. + Working with Project/Design and Construction (D&C) activities in all Citi retail premises in CRS Region to agreed Functional strategies, KPIs and standards and within agreed financial budgets.
