Flower St.)* *WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?* The Corporate Events and Sponsorships Manager is responsible for strategic development planning and creating events that connect the bank's brand with the overall focus of the key initiatives for the lines of business. This position will provide strong planning and execution of event marketing strategies and will be responsible for driving the plan forward by planning, organizing, developing and executing all corporate sponsorships in all regions. This position drives the ideation and implementation of activations across the events and sponsorships to drive measurable brand awareness and positive brand sentiment, which is measured annually. Responsible to set goals, manage overall multi-million-dollar budget, monitor RAR contracted in agreements, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the bank. The position will be responsible for managing a team of event planners and corporate sponsorship colleagues and leading the oversight of event contracts, creating events that drive business development and sales prospecting opportunities, new product introductions, and creation of collateral and communications for events.This position works closely with executive leadership, and external clients and prospects, to facilitate their integration with sponsorship assets and hospitality. This position also manages teams of contractors and vendors to drive successful activations across multiple sponsorships. The expectation is that this position can work independently with a full understanding of the CNB brand and is entrusted to lead the Corporate Events and Sponsorships team with minimal management oversight required *What you will do* * Manage and lead the events and sponsorships team by providing oversight for the team workflow, resource allocation and project management that focuses on the implementation of successful events. Provide feedback on individual and team accomplishments, areas of improvement, coach, counsel and provide direction and guidance. Align all efforts to key business goals to increase brand awareness and sentiment with target audiences. * Establish strategic partnerships with line units to develop and implement internal and external events through the bank to meet specific goals and objectives. * Track and coordinate the fulfillment of all contractual sponsorship assets, ensuring that they are activated to the fullest benefit of the CNB brand. * Develop short and long-term strategies for internal and external events marketing opportunities. * Lead the negotiation of new sponsorship opportunities and renewals to secure the best sponsorship packages for CNB.     *Operational Resilience Analyst - [FLoD]* WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The role of the Operational Resilience Analyst is part of the FLoD Operational Resilience Team and will plan, execute, and finalize Bank projects according to timelines, milestone events and within budget. What you will do The Operational Resilience Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end design, execution, reporting, and oversight of the Operational Resilience Programs within CNB Bank.
