An atmosphere of sincere collegiality that extends basic respect and civility even into the mailroom

Some non-legal professionals (non-attorney, non-paralegal) as supervisors and managers who treat entry level non-legal hourly employees as costs not as assets. No active program or organized effort at offering advancement or further education.
