Apple Information Systems and Technology is looking for a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to build a world class support experience for employees. The developer is responsible for design, development and support of business process deployed on the on-prem ServiceNow instance.
**Description**
In this role, you will work directly with the process owners, project Implementation/development teams, ServiceNow product team, production support team and multiple Infrastructure teams. You will provide in-house expertise in the matters of technical implementation, end-to-end system landscape, and application integration. You will be responsible managing projects from inception to closure. This includes, but not limited to, planning, design, requirements gathering/clarification, managing team of developers, risk/mitigation, status reporting, communication, process and technical improvements. You will also be responsible for building a strong team of ServiceNow implementors for multiple ServiceNow modules.
Responsibilities include:
Design & Development:
Develop and implement custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies in the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) or Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, with focus on performance, scalability and future upgrades.
Configuration & Customization:
Configure and customize core applications like Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management (ITSM) or Case and Employee Service Center (HRSD) to meet business needs.
Integration Development:
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs. Implement variety of authentication protocols for integrations - oauth, certificate based, SSO, custom tokens
User Support & Troubleshooting:
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve any issues in ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Perform unit and functional testing for all configurations and customizations. Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained in all development efforts. Analyze logs to identify performance bottlenecks, ensuring that development is optimized for performance and scalability.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ITSM or HRSD modules.
Platform Upgrades & Maintenance:
Assist in ServiceNow platform upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to services and compatibility with existing customizations.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all configurations, workflows, integrations, and customizations.
Stakeholder Communication:
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure alignment on requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Best Practices Adherence:
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, including code reviews, version control, and testing methodologies, ensuring sustainable and scalable development.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 6 + years of experience building and supporting enterprise scale applications.
+ 5 + years experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's Glide API.
+ 2 + years experience with AngularJS or other frameworks used in ServiceNow's Service Portal.
+ BS or MS in Computer Science or relevant engineering degree.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ ServiceNow Application Developer certification is a plus.
+ Configuration & Customization experience on various ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service, Knowledge, Asset, etc...) or HRSD modules (Case management, HR service configurations, EDMS, Virtual Agent chat, etc).

The Market Development Specialist (MDS) role is focused on making every regional and national account as successful as possible by positioning themselves as the experts who can help maximize revenue growth and grow Purple's Balance of Share (BOS) by giving stores the resources and training needed to sell Purple with confidence and ease.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Performs advanced (senior-level) training work which involves coordinating, developing, delivering, and evaluating various professional development training programs for juvenile justice staff which includes leadership and administrators. For juvenile justice direct care professionals working in state-operated correctional facilities, this includes community-based work environments or local juvenile probation departments. The programs emphasize training associated with the mandatory topics for certification of county staff; training of supervisory, management, and leadership skills; and standards relating to the effectiveness of probation services. The programs emphasize assisting local authorities in improving the operation of probation, parole, and supervision services by providing job specific training, to include primarily Motivational Interviewing to include two-day and booster training events as well as coding for juvenile probation, supervision officers and parole agency staff. Designs, develops, and delivers training in a classroom or virtual delivery environment. Uses a variety of instructional techniques and formats in the creation of training materials (for example, role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures). Collaborates with the subject matter experts (e.g., rehabilitation program specialists and supervisors, chief juvenile probation officers and curriculum developers to develop and deliver training services, assess training needs, and recommend appropriate modifications.
Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per workweek. Extensive statewide travel is required (75% of the time), including instances of overnight trips.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Formulates and develops plans, procedures, and programs regarding the delivery of specific training needs. Facilitates workloads and schedules to meet established due dates and deadlines. Coordinates and delivers training to county-based probation department staff.

Collaborates with JJTA management and staff in meeting established objectives and goals and promoting the use of training services, methods, and techniques. Promotes a positive working environment, shares information, identifies concerns and trends, and recommends improvements to resolve problems or enhance operations.

Performs routine consultative services and technical assistance work. Work involves assisting with planning, developing, and implementing an agency program; and providing consultative services and technical assistance to program staff, government agencies, community organizations, and the
public. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and

II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
A. Provides support and collaborates in the planning, development, implementation, analysis, and
documentation of the offender review and release program operations; assists in the
development of program guidelines, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations; ensures
compliance with program policies and procedures; monitors caseloads to ensure compliance
with conditions of parole; and conducts quality assurance reviews.
B. Assists in program analyses and research studies; and prepares and reviews reports on the
effectiveness of program activities and makes appropriate recommendations.
C. Confers with offenders, parolees, law enforcement, and other governmental agencies; assists
in conducting special investigations regarding offender-related information and problem solves
assigned program related concerns.
D. Assists in the preparation of training and procedural manuals, educational materials, and
program information; assists in the preparation of administrative reports, studies, specialized
research projects, and program budget requests; and assists in maintaining a database to
generate statistical reports.
E. Performs criminal information searches and retrieval using Texas Department of Public Safety
criminal history system access.
F. Provides technical assistance and training in the program area.

III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education, Experience, and Training
1. Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED.
2. Three years full-time, wage-earning case processing, customer service, clerical,
administrative support, technical program support, or operational support experience.
Fifteen semester hours from a college or university accredited by an organization
recognized by the Council for Higher Education accreditation (CHEA) or by the United
States Department of Education (USDE) may be substituted for each six months of
experience.
3. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by
the CHEA or by the USDE preferred.
* Must have or be able to obtain a certificate of course completion for the Texas Law
Enforcement Telecommunications System (TLETS) policy and procedures training from the
Texas Department of Public Safety within six months of employment date.
Must meet and maintain TLETS access eligibility for continued employment in position.

Job Description
This position is contingent on contract award.
International SOS is looking for an individual who is an experienced Training Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training programs and curricula that enhance the skills and readiness of service members. This position involves assessing training needs, developing instructional materials, and facilitating training sessions to ensure that personnel are prepared for operational requirements and mission success.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
Supports current and unscheduled mission training requirements.
Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based/computer aided training.
