Develop and manage Program Plans through to completion, ensuring they are executed effectively . Produce and catalog all program documentation including program charters and weekly reporting. Develop reports/dashboards and communicate on a regular cadence to relevant stakeholders to keep everyone informed. Think strategically about how to solve root problems in a scalable and repeatable way to help improve FICO's product operations globally. Gather feedback from key stakeholders and provide recommendations on the best way to advance program goals. Act as an agent for change within the organization to build strong program teams and advance FICO's platform first agenda. Experience leading and growing a team of program or project managers. Strong background in leading and completing complex programs for Software-As-a-Service products and cloud-based services. Collaborative style; partner effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and complete complex deliverables within tight time frames. Exceptional facilitation, moderation and organization skills. Effective time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages; advanced level preferred for Word, Excel and PowerPoint. An ability to balance detail-orientation as well as big picture thinking and strategy. Bachelor's degree in highly related field; Advanced degree a plus.
