Responsibilities
Independently carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:
Act as a working lead, providing general work direction, guidance and assistance, and fostering communication and a strong customer service mentality.
Assist in the management of elevator functions to meet budget goals and maximize profitability.
Coordinate incoming shipment information with location management, and assist in determining the daily market position.
Assist in marketing grain and buying grain from farmers.
Oversee preparation of trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, which may require sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching and/or detaching flexible hoses.
Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment. May include bulk and or packaged material.
Control and monitor all load out functions.
Conduct and properly record daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks including but not limited to lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms. Inspect in-use equipment looking for seeps and leaks of process equipment.
Monitor and maintain quality of inventory (may include blended, bulk or packaged product).
Deliver products such as fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed and others to customer sites.
Keep all work areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Conduct regular housekeeping duties such as sweeping, shoveling, power washing, scraping and cleaning up spills. Complete appropriate record keeping.
Perform grounds maintenance including snow removal.
Perform warehouse work including driving loader, loading/unloading inventory, forklift operation, and general maintenance.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent customer service.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
4+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
Additional Qualifications
Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
High School diploma or GED preferred
CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred
Agriculture experience preferred
Forklift certiification preferred

Summary
The Tower Foreman is responsible for leading efforts in the erection, construction, and maintenance of communication tower sites. This role provides support to the Construction Manager and Project Manager in the supervision of all tower crew personnel and ensures OSHA requirements and company safety procedures are followed.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
Key Responsibilities
Safety First - Put safety first and production second. Always.
On-site supervision of all tower site activities defined in the scope of work, both day and night.
Lead work on the tower top, looking after all aspects of work while on the tower, ensuring that a safe and quality installation has been carried out, including rigging, hoisting, landing, fastening, load-hopping, etc.
Installation of up-top equipment including masts, clamping, bracing, supports, antennas, RRUs, cabling, bolting, shooting proper azimuth within tolerances, reading maps and a compass, torquing to spec, labeling, picture-taking, documentation, plumb and tilt readings with smart level, etc. Assisting with integrating all closeout requirements.
Perform coax, fiber, line, and hybrid cable installations, connector installation, sweep and test assisting, weatherproofing, color-coding, labeling, etc.
Connect coax feedlines and jumpers per piping diagrams and support and fasten adequately for a quality, lasting installation.
Complete grounding, terminations, fastening, proper bolting and antioxidant use, support of leads, cadwelding as required, etc.
Assist with overall tasks required to build and install a site per customer specs, complete daily Jobsite Hazard Assessment (JHA) forms, assist with overall crew work, maintenance of vehicles and equipment, etc.
Ensure a high level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld and mentor less experienced crew members in safety awareness. Must be able to lead safety meetings when required.
Ability to photograph work-related tasks as needed for close-out packages.
Assist in the coordination, preparation, and cleaning of job sites.
Help lead the efforts in the assembly of the monopole, self-support guyed towers and rooftops.
Assist in the antenna installation of microwave parabolic 1 to 15ft, VHF, UHF, cellular and FM broadcast antennas is required.
Lead the transmission line and installation.
Must be willing to continue to work towards training and certifications for tower-related work.
Responsible for tool inventory and daily upkeep of the job site.

Physical Demands
This job operates in a field environment. Must be in good physical condition with the ability to routinely bend, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, lift 50lbs or more, lift in awkward positions, stand, and twist for extended periods.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements set forth in ANSI Z359 for fall protection gear.
Must be able to climb and perform work at various heights, up to 500 feet, for long periods of time.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, personnel, and input from the supervisor.
· Manage employee time, materials, and supplies on jobsite to meet budget objectives.
· Verify all supplies on invoices are received on the job site and notify the superintendent of any changes in materials to complete the job.

Physical Demands

Key Responsibilities
1. Civil Construction Supervision
Oversee and direct daily construction activities such as grading, excavation, trenching, soil compaction, and drainage system installation.
Supervise the installation of foundations, concrete pads, retaining walls, and underground utilities.
Manage pile driving operations for deep foundations in solar farms, substations, wind farms, and industrial facilities.
