Education: A Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or business administration, public administration, or a related field. Essential Job Functions: Lays pipe on grade in the construction of storm sewers by use of string line and carpenter's level or optical level and rod. Digs trenches; lays and joins pipe.
