Position Summary:
Responsible for the efficient diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial vehicles along with replacement of general automotive parts and accessories (ins hop or at customer location). Requirements:
The Member Service Representative assists members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. The Member Service Representative is expected to acknowledge and greet all members immediately upon entering the branch. The Member Service Representative maintains a balanced cash drawer and corrects errors as they arise. The Member Service Representative recommends other products and services to our members with a heavy focus on electronic services that can enable our members to self-serve.
Process normal day-to-day teller transactions for members at the teller line. Answer questions about products and services and resolve problems within their ability to do so. Always maintain an adequate cash drawer; this includes buying and selling currency from the vault as necessary through proper channels.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell credit union products, services, promotions, and credit union initiatives that support credit union growth and sustainability.
Answer member inquiries and refer members to the proper service area for issues that cannot be resolved or met at the teller line. Expected to safeguard member information with the highest level of confidentiality of all information obtained.
Perform miscellaneous tasks including but not limited to scanning, computer input, updating member records, mail payments, night deposit, and outbound calls.

Here's what you'll be accomplishing in this role:
Performing mechanical and electrical installations and maintenance of adaptive equipment, including Stair Lifts, Patient Lifts, Scooter transports, Ceiling Lifts, Power Wheelchairs/Scooters, and other Mobility & Accessibility Equipment.
Maintaining and repairing previously installed equipment and adaptations.
Conducting thorough testing to ensure the quality of installations and repairs.
Identifying and troubleshooting issues with equipment and adaptations.
Following written service orders accurately to complete tasks.
Upholding a high level of quality in adherence to company standards.
Here are the qualifications and skills we're looking for:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must pass a background search
Experience in installing and servicing stairlifts, vertical platform lifts, ramps, and ceiling lifts.
Possession of a valid driver's license and insurability for the use of company vehicles.
Strong electrical and wiring skills, including low-voltage electrical experience.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Background in garage doors, HVAC, or construction is a plus.
General construction experience is required.
Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of Salesforce and manufacturer applications.
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the job requirements.
