Essential Job Duties:
Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack and stage products and materials using a forklift, pallet jack, or other power equipment
Follow specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily work assignments and record indirect time in a timely manner
Record receipts to appropriate forms and/or log books.
Verify that proper documentation is attached
Support all operational processes and procedures to ensure value to the customer and compliance with all LKQ policies, customer requirements and federal/state/local regulations
Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation
Inspect each pallet and or case for proper quantities, items brands, and lot codes (as applicable) damages and follow any special instructions on Work Assignment Form and /or additional documentation
Communicate problems, concerns and ideas to management. Identify process improvements.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
Participate in all assigned training programs and adhere to all guidelines
Perform forklift duties, and learn to containerize basic loads.
Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers always.
Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
Knowledge of and ability to operate a forklift and meet medium level physical exertion requirements, including lifting to 50 pounds frequently.
Experience in warehouse/distribution center.
Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork
Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction.

Responsible for providing a superior customer service experience to all walk-in contact and phone-contact customers.
Essential Job Duties
Personally greet every customer as they walk through the door and maintain friendly contact throughout their shopping experience.
At checkout, implement suggestive selling techniques, as appropriate, and assist with problem-solving.
Maintain orderly files and clean records of all transactions, as well as an accurate cash drawer.
Observe changes in inventory to ensure minimum stock levels and store showroom appearance is appropriate
Coordinate orders from the warehouse to ensure customers' orders are ready in a timely fashion.
Assume other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Not responsible for supervising employees.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
1 year experience required.
To perform this job this job successfully, an individual must have a strong customer service background.
Preferred Requirements
High School Diploma/GED.
Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
Two to three years of prior customer service relations.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.

Specific Responsibilities:
Wash and dry all vehicles in for service
Assist in arranging cars on lots
Clean and prep new vehicles
Clean service loaners as they are returned
Maintain lot cleanliness
Clean showroom cars
Install customer license plates
Move and park cars in service drive
Assist in shuttle of cars between lots for service/wholesale
Vehicle get ready at delivery
Maintain appropriate appearance
Must wear uniforms provided
Other shop and sales duties as directed by managers
Secure equipment and tools
Maintain appearance of rental/loners
Lock and secure cars on lot (put keys on board)
Complete nightly checklist
Must wear safety glasses/equipment as REQUIRED.
