Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador as you meet customers during your deliveries
Building long-term relationships with the customers you deliver to
Maintain store delivery truck through adherence maintained to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle is clean, and that basic maintenance is done (e.g., correct tire pressure).

Fulfills all workorder requests from customers by utilizing various approved IBS vendors.
If required locate asset in shop to gain additional information such as VIN, Serial, or identifying part numbers to assist in sourcing items.
Assist in receiving supply/stock orders to include barcoding items and placing them in the correct location on the shelf.
Ensures the site is using the approved non-company line codes appropriately.
Assume responsibility for inventory protection, asset management and operational issues.
Ensures proper processes and procedures are utilized to minimize inventory shrinkage.
When needed operate our delivery vehicle to pick up or drop off items.
Ensures overall cleanliness of the site, stock room and outside areas.
Understands, interprets, and complies with Company policies.
Qualifications, Experience, Education, and Abilities:
Federal background check is required.
Valid Driver's License Required.
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Parts knowledge in Police is vehicles preferred. Any of the following industries: Fire, EMS, Automotive, Heavy Duty, Transit, Refuse, Agricultural, GSE, Marine, Industrial is also a plus.
Ability to source hard to find items using internet search, catalogs, blueprints, etc.
Are you able to work on feet (stand and walk) for entire assigned work shift?
Are you capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds?
Are you able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and able to reach upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary?

The Generator Reman Technician is responsible for accurately troubleshooting, repairing, and diagnosing both routine maintenance and emergency services while making repair recommendations to customers. This position will work with other generator service technicians to ensure all work scheduled is performed safely and to the customer's satisfaction.
Job Duties:
Service, repair, modify, diagnose, and rebuild standby power generators and fire pump drivers.
Perform failure analysis, emergency field service, and/or repairs for customers.
Service a variety of other brands of power generation equipment.
Operate, drive, and maintain company service trucks and parts inventory on truck.
Check/repair all supporting systems such as fuel, cooling, and electrical.
Operation of load banks and recording of instrumentation.
Keep current on product changes, specifications, and updates.
Clean, check, recondition, and determine the reusability of used parts.
Work Experience & Qualifications:
3+ Years' experience servicing 8.5kw - 3500kw generators
EGSA Certification (Preferred)
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and diesel engines
Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
