Duties and Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with brewing team to achieve desired beer quality and production targets
Operate as part of the management team with a focus on driving beer sales through staff education and guest interaction, as well as controlling beer cost through proper product handling and staff education
Organize the brewery and cold storage
Keg washing, packaging and delivering of product
Able to work in cold cellar conditions, often independently
Able to work with the team to achieve quality, sales and cost objectives
Able to lift and move over 100 lbs
Able to work in temperatures below 40°F for extended periods of time
Desired Skills and Experience:
1 - 3 years of experience in a production brewery or brewpub with many rotating beer styles
1 - 3 years of experience with brewing beer, managing resources, beer production and managing staff
Experience keeping detail records for quality control
Mechanical or engineering experience
Education or work experience in Brewing & Distilling, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or Food Technology is preferred

· Support the Business Analytic team in monthly KPI reporting.
· Executes competitive bid events (e.g., RFQ) for small to medium-sized projects, evaluates supplier bids, and provides an award recommendation to the end user(s)
· Monitors contract and pricing compliance between PlayPower and suppliers.
· Support New Product Development sourcing needs.

Is flexible regarding the work schedule to coincide with the departments' business hours.
Works cooperatively and professionally with other employees of the department.
Follows CJAD and Departmental policies.
Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Position Requirements
Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Possess a valid Texas driver's license and liability automobile insurance pursuant to Texas motor vehicle laws. Must have a telephone number at which they can be reached an access to reliable transportation. A criminal history will be conducted.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Possess skills to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must have the ability to operate a personal computer, or calculator, be proficient with Microsoft Word, and accurately type at least 45WPM. We are seeking a General Superintendent to lead the field operations of a high-profile commercial construction project. The General Superintendent will serve as a key leader on-site, working closely with the Project Manager and/or Project Executive to implement a strategic construction plan and ensure successful delivery across all project phases.
This individual will be responsible for managing daily jobsite activities with a focus on safety, quality, scheduling, logistics, and personnel management. The ideal candidate brings strong MEP knowledge, large-scale project experience, and a proven ability to lead complex construction efforts from preconstruction through close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day jobsite activities, overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, cost, and labor.
Provide vision and leadership for project planning, sequencing, coordination, and logistics.
Ensure strict compliance with site-specific safety requirements and OSHA regulations.
Manage the project's QC process and perform constructability reviews.
Lead the planning and coordination of major equipment and site logistics (cranes, trailers, etc.).
Oversee and support subcontractor activities, including scope reviews and short-term look-aheads.
Maintain and update as-built drawings, drawing logs, and communicate revisions to subcontractors.
Facilitate meetings with owners, design teams, and trade partners to ensure alignment.
Develop and manage the project schedule, including weekly look-aheads and milestone tracking.

Maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 12 years of progressive construction experience, with leadership roles on projects exceeding $1M.
Deep understanding of complex MEP systems and construction risk factors.
Strong planning, scheduling, and team coordination skills.
Solid knowledge of construction contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
Ability to identify cost-effective solutions and implement value engineering when appropriate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and scheduling software.
