Cons are only related to construction industry, not HP. Best company in the industry.
100% Employee owned, Partnership (not ESOP), 15% Employer Investment in 401K, annual raises/bonuses. HP Pays for your kids to go to college!
I liked the complex and elaborate projects which we build.
The work life balance was not properly maintained.
