Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the HR email inbox and HR team channels.
Process I-9 verifications in compliance with federal requirements.
Process and track employee status changes alongside the Payroll & Benefits Specialist.
Support HRBP's with employee engagement and events.
Approve travel requests in Concur and troubleshooting accounts.
Coordinate training sessions across all locations.
Schedule lunch and learn events, including catering and room reservations.
Create employment-related letters, including status change and exit letter.
Schedule and coordinate exit interviews with respective HRBP's.
Process employment verifications and maintaining employee files for accurate recordkeeping.
Send and approve onboarding packets and verify required documentation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists HR Director and HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects such as implementation of new HR processes, data entry, audits, or changes within the HRIS Platform.
