Participate in servicing system release testing.

Possess excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Job Summary:

DUTIES:

Performs various manual tasks in connection with the installation of drainage, sewer and/or water pipelines of conduits, such as positioning, joining and sealing pipe sections and culverts, erecting and removing shoring and bracing for trenches and excavations.
Digs trenches and similar excavations, refills excavations, spreads and levels to grade dirt, gravel and other materials using pick and shovel.
Sets and repairs curbing; patches broken or eroded pavement by braking surface and mixing and applying a variety of paving materials such as mortar, concrete, cements, etc. using small hand tool in order to keep roadways and sidewalks in a safe condition.
Installs repairs and maintains signs such as regulatory, historic and information signs by performing such tasks as digging holes and installing supports using a variety of hand or hand held power tools.
Plants, transplants, prunes, trims and fertilizes trees, flowers and shrubs; seeds lawns and gardens; sprays for insects and plant diseases; and performs related tasks such as cutting grass, raking leaves and watering trees, shrubs and flowers as required for the upkeep and beautification of public grounds.
Load and unload trucks, physically or by use of dollies; unpacks and stores supplies and equipment in stockrooms, storerooms or warehouses; and takes periodic inventories of supplies and equipment.
Operate hand held power tools, tapping machines and rodding machines.
Operate motor vehicles including light vehicles, trucks, etc., in connection with assigned unit activities.
Perform related duties as required.
Salaries are based upon full-time/40 hours worked per week. Work schedules and days off are at the discretion of the Supervisor. This position may require working weekends and/or holidays.

Job Description If you have experience in product management, this position is for you! You will be responsible for managing savings and certificate of deposit product initiatives to achieve marketing deposit and profitability goals. Your focus will be on retail deposit account and services but may periodically work on broader product management initiatives as needed.
You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in product strategy, aid in the enhancements of product development, contribute to the Banks overall strategic objectives, profitability and growth, and have high visibility with Senior and Executive Management.
This is a hybrid position.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent business experience is required MBA preferred but not required).
· Seven (7) years of product management experience or previous experience managing financial service products · Minimum of three (3) years of financial services experience · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
(candidate will be tested in Excel) · Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.
Principal Activities and Duties: · Manage existing products/services pricing and marketing as well as the successful design, development, and marketing of new savings products/related services to ensure competitive Dollar Bank offerings in the marketplace.
· Maintain competitive intelligence - monitoring product and marketing developments.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment to ensure that products, services, and promotions comply with all applicable laws and internal audit procedures.
· Closely monitor the competitive and industry landscape and generate standard reporting to monitor product trends.
Develop the annual deposit marketing plan to include goals, objectives, annual results, and define annual initiatives to help meet, improve, and grow the deposit portfolio in the coming year.
· Ensure that annual goals, including profitability and balance growth, are reached while evaluating the success of various marketing tactics and promotions to ensure positive ROI and to include learning for future projects.
· Work in conjunction with multiple departments to ensure that projects are successful.
· Support the Chairperson for the weekly Deposit Rate Committee which is responsible for profitable deposit product pricing for both retail and business deposit products that supports the Bank's overall growth objectives.
· Represent marketing/product management on strategic committees within the Bank working to enhance the customer experience and/or customer acquisition.
· Work closely with product managers responsible for Checking and Business products.
· All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank's risk management program.
