Your passion and expertise in clinical research will make you a key member of Huron's Research Office Team. As a Clinical Research Administrative Specialist II, you'll assist Huron's Research Office team in developing coverage analysis reports, study budgets, study calendars, charge segregation, and other trial documentation required for clinical research studies, including industry, federally sponsored, and locally (investigator) sponsored research. You will also assist in review and feedback for Clinical Research Administrative Specialist I projects and will begin to support client contacts for client specific needs. You'll have the opportunity to expand upon your working knowledge and experience with clinical trial regulation, and to develop strong skills in the variety of service lines Huron's Research Office offers.

Required:

The estimated base salary range for this job is $72,000 - $88,000. The Growth Enablement Team (GET) consists of sales intake, sales operations, Salesforce, request for proposal (RFP)/proposal development, orals preparation, and sales collateral development to support Huron's education and research industry sales efforts. The GET sales enablement team partners with business units (BUs) and sales leads to develop content and collateral, manage proposals, and support orals preparation.
The analyst acts as a central point of quality assurance (QA) and pre-production support and will own and manage individual bids for the EDR GET sales enablement team. The estimated base salary range for this job is $55,000 - $75,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $60,500 - $82,500. The Group:

Responsibilities:

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

The Role:

Role Summary
In this role you will accurately transcribe live virtual meetings, ensuring every word and gesture are captured in real-time. The focus is to provide an exact written record of the meetings as they happen. The transcribed content is confidential and must be handled with strict discretion.
You will also support a variety of language-related tasks, including non-live audio transcription, data creation (such as generating natural sentences), annotation (such as speaker labeling and utterance categorization), and language data validation (including proofreading and quality assurance).
Role Responsibilities
Transcribe all spoken information during calls without relying on recordings or Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) support. The focus is to provide an exact written record of the meetings as they happen.
