Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
* 2-4 years of related experience with ERP cloud implementations in a consulting role

What You'll Do

Our MDP Compensation & Equity programs include a variety of bonus plans, deferred compensation and partnership equity components; our Program Directors/Senior Directors are responsible for leading and developing these programs in the markets they oversee. The Program Directors will establish a deep country level understanding of the local programs in the context of market norms and legislation and how these programs interact with BCG's global partnership structure. They will need to adapt quickly to changing environments to ensure these programs remain competitive, ability to assess risk and suitable both for the local market and within our global framework.

Taking ownership of policies and practices related to multi-state payroll reporting and tax compliance:
Reviewing and recalculating employee wages and taxes based on timesheet change reports
Managing the multi-state tax equalization process including; mid-year stipend data, year-end stipend data, and tax prep assistance payments
Auditing monthly employee records to ensure proper multi-state payroll setup
Reviewing and adjusting year-end work state wages to ensure accurate W-2 reporting
Providing support for mobility-related payroll functions for U.S.-based expatriates and inpatriates:
Overseeing Certificate of Coverage application processing
o Ensuring proper withholding of hypothetical taxes on regular and supplemental payrolls
Confirming year-end tax entries and taxable benefits (e.g. relocation, COLA, tax prep) are accurately reflected on W-2s
Ensuring accurate foreign exchange rate application and year-end adjustments for non-USD payroll
Managing intercompany invoicing, reconciliation, and journal entries
Plan, steer, organize and coordinate transformation process-related activities and workstreams
