Job Summary:
The Merchandise Stocker performs in store services inside a high-volume nation account stores. As a Merchandise Stocker, you are responsible for managing inventory (ordering and stocking), generating weekly credits and providing exceptional customer service within a territory. Covering service calls when regular merchandise stockers are away on vacation, training and special projects. Providing full service to multiple stores, usually focusing on one store per day.
Day to Day:
CLEANING: Recovering the condition of the aisle since last service.
STRAIGHTENING STOCK: Restocking messy bins or displays and resolving bin contamination. STOCKING: Packing out any freight in overhead and incoming freight from the previous weeks order. CULLING: Removing damaged/unsellable material and issuing credit electronically.
MERCHANDISING: Maintain signage and pricing to best practice. Move backers to affect perception.
ORDERING: Replenish inventory according to published guidelines.
CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Build strong dependable relationships with store management and associates.
PROJECTS AND TASKS: Merchandising projects and tasks will be assigned by area manager. Complete tasks, projects and resets of Woodgrain products in stores
Education and Experience:
* Must have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and your own vehicle.
* This position is very labor intensive and requires the ability to lift/move up to 50 lb equirements.

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for efficiently and accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity. Responsible for all warehouse transactions, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the branch warehouse environment and equipment.
What You'll Do
Contributes to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment. Follows established Standard Operating Procedures, Environmental Health and Safety Rules, and immediately addresses safety concerns
Receives material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses. Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list
Keeps incoming orders stocked on shelves orderly and in designated area and reports freight damage claims
Prepares branch orders from the warehouse and ensures that the correct number and type of product is being shipped
Processes paperwork regarding shipments including but not limited to; verifying that the merchandise to be shipped is correct, applying the correct postage tape and label, following customer shipping instructions and, insuring the shipment when necessary
Operates machinery including forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required
Loads common carrier and company vehicles
Inspects and performs minor maintenance on equipment
Performs inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies
Makes deliveries to branches/customers as needed
Assists with other warehouse or branch duties as needed
Other duties as assigned

• Stackers are paid an hourly rate, plus a Case bonus.

Operates a standup electric pallet jack to transport product.
Hand selects orders in a refrigerated environment ranging from 34 - 55 degrees.
Stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures.
Stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations.
Maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment.
Shrink-wraps product on loading dock.

The Warehouse Order Pullers are responsible for efficient, safe, and accurate loading of the delivery trucks and performing the assigned warehouse maintenance tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly.
2. Keep all warehouse load areas and grounds clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly Fills racks, pushes/pulls pallets and loads appropriate company products.
3. Prior to starting the loading process, review the total quantity to be pulled and the truck it is to go on. Discuss any space concerns with the Load Crew Manager.
4. Build loads for each order in the most efficient manner.
5. Pull and load the exact amounts given through the voice picking system or system generated pick sheets.
6. Ensure loads are completed accurately and neatly.
7. Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first.
8. Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition.
9. Load all carts/pallets onto appropriate route truck.
