Key Responsibilities:
• Proficient in functional analysis, design, and implementation of CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications (BRD/FRD) for development and configuration teams.
• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of CPQ projects, including CRM integrations, pricing strategy implementation, and quote-to-cash process optimization.
• Configure and manage quoting, pricing, and order approval workflows within SAP CPQ.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-deployment support to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Work in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on CPQ systems and CRM platforms.\
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPQ, and integration with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of pricing models, contract management, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in cloud-based CRM and CPQ implementations.
• Familiarity with service contract management systems and dynamic pricing strategies.
