Provides helpdesk support and technical assistance to system users, escalating issues as necessary. · Setup users for Domain and email. · Stage computers and laptops for VA Service and Research network and domain. · Monitor and troubleshoot tickets in helpdesk. · Help with inventory and excessing equipment. · Update inventory changes that occur with computer moves and network changes · Equipment excesses and onboarding. Requirements One Year certificate from college or technical school AND at least 1 year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Salary Description $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
