Job Description Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down. Responsible for PC's, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc). Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed. Assist with onboarding of new users. Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users. Qualifications 3-5 years of system admin and/or helpdesk experience Working knowledge of computer systems, PC repair, and network management Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise. Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices. Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of professional software development experience. 3+ years of engineering team management experience. Strong understanding of computer architecture, network protocols, and related algorithms. Proficiency in embedded software programming using C/C++, with a strong understanding of coding best practices. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. Hands-on experience developing networking products, including access points, routers, and switches. Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and make tough decisions. Experience leading the design, building and deployment of complex and performant (scalable and reliable) software solutions in production. Experience partnering with product or program management teams. Proven track record of bringing consumer networking products from design to market. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of technical concepts and ideas. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICAITONS Proven experience with PRPL platform, with a strong understanding of their architectures and ecosystems. Experience working with large-scale deployments of embedded systems, particularly in networking or telecommunications environments. Experience in hiring, developing, and managing a new team of software developers. Ability to attract top talent and foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience developing products using Wi-Fi 6/7 chipsets.
