Position Summary The Jr. Advanced Concepts Designer is responsible for supporting our product design processes in accordance with the strategic plans of the Product Development department. The Jr. Advanced Concepts Design team is the creative engine of the New Era brand. This team is consistently in the marketplace and focused on delivering new headwear concepts that engage current and new consumer segments. Jr. Advanced Concepts Designers are consistently executing various basic design and tech pack deliverables for key brand driver products. This position executes all design needs per go-to-market project in accordance with direction from the Advanced Concepts Design Director.
