Innovative and walks the talk with regard to our mission and values.

How would you improve Kaiser Permanente's culture?

I would create more opportunities for enterprise-wide employee engagement for management and staff, using live conferences and presentations which are videotaped and posted on the company’s intranet or internal platforms such as Teams and Slack.
