    Freese and Nichols is seeking a CRM/Sales Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. The location is flexible across FNI offices. The CRM/Sales Content Specialist helps manage, create/write the foundational sales and marketing content that further supports the company's goals of winning new client business. Primary Responsibilities * Assist the Project Description Program which consists of projects that Practice Leaders and other business leaders have identified as Signature Projects that are important to be used in sales, marketing and proposals. * Write and maintain key FNI project descriptions at the various stages within the project lifecycle for use in marketing and sales materials. Requires a high-level of judgement and self-direction. * Coordinate with technical personnel to interview and gain project information. * Write and maintain staff resumes, including, but not limited to headshots, prior project experience, licenses, certifications, and registrations. Requires coordination with key FNI technical personnel to gain information. * Work with new hires to create an initial resume for future use in sales materials and proposals. * Manage the annual review of the CRM Knowledge / FNI proposal boilerplate information and edit, update or write new content as needed. * Work with graphics staff to update visuals representing certain sales content. * Assist with CRM Publisher templates, training documentation, train users, share best practices and troubleshoot Publisher issues as needed. * Work with internal staff or outside vendor to improve templates and options. * Co-Lead training of others to use the Projects, Resume, and Knowledge portion of the CRM database. * Bring continuous improvement ideas, concerns, and trends to CRM Team meeting. This role will be responsible for the design and preparation of plan submittals related to highway and arterial roadway design, complex intersection design, local roadways, site design, bridge replacement/rehabilitation, traffic design, and drainage design for Florida DOT and other various DOTs and municipal agencies. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: * Bridge Design, contract plans preparation and specifications requiring quality presentation, thoroughness and follow-through, and efficient conformance to budgets and schedules * Developing design options. * Maintaining organized design calculation and project data. * Performing load ratings analysis. * Calculations of quantities and development of cost estimates. * The position may require the engineer to take part in bridge inspection assignments as an Inspection Team Member and prepare bridge inspection reports documenting inspection findings. * Office support for construction design services. * Review shop drawing submittals. Organize submittals and address questions from contractor during the construction phases of structures. * Work with National and Local Building Codes, develop loads. * Assist with structural design and analysis (steel, concrete, wood, masonry) associated with building and marine structures, foundations and equipment support, framing/bracing, and any other tasks as assigned. * Assist in modeling/analyzing lateral systems. * Assist with preparing project cost estimates. * Assist in evaluation studies and help to develop reports. * Assist in submittal review process, including structural steel fabrication drawings, proprietary systems, performance design items, concrete reinforcement drawings and concrete mix designs. * Assist with design & document/deliverable coordination with other project disciplines. * Work with structural computer analysis and graphical software packages and MS Office.
