Key Responsibilities:

Run PL Searches as needed.
Obtain 1P DEC Page.
FU with 3P regarding liability.
Follow up with 1P regarding coverage and DEC Page.
Send out SR1 and SR19 as needed.
Handle Property Damage with the clients and make sure the client is made whole regarding their lost property.
Obtain witness statements and videos as needed.
Run any investigative searches as needed for the case i.e. PL, Policy Search, TLO, ISO
Scan and save documentation needed for the case to the firm's system
Send correct letters to clients
Drafting correspondence
Request police reports on behalf of clients
Maintain communication with clients when the case manager is out or busy with another call
General office support & tasks as needed
