DESCRIPTION
The Warmline Peer Support Operator, under the limited supervision of the assigned Warmline Supervisor, and guidance of a Team Leader is to provide confidential, non-judgmental and non critical support to callers while practicing the principles of Intentional Peer Support (IPS).
SUPERVISION
Supervision Received
The Warmline Peer Support Operator works under the general direction of the assigned Warmline Supervisor. The Warmline Peer Support Operator will have assistance in most cases of a Shift Leader who will provide daily to weekly guidance. The assigned Warmline Supervisor will also conduct the yearly performance evaluations.
Supervision Exercised
The Warmline Peer Support Operator does not supervise anyone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Will take calls from callers around the state and provide them phone support as taught in the training provided by CCS.
Will take part in ongoing training and team-building and will work closely with other Shift Leaders in a work environment that may require improvements and change.
Keep track of all data logs; enter data and present data in a way that accurately and professionally represents warmline activity. Write reports as necessary to the Warmline Shift Leader or assigned Warmline Supervisor (depending on Shift Leader availability).
Provide all information in a timely and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
Must identify as a person with lived experience of having big feelings and provide support to others through difficult times.
Certifications
Must possess a certificate for completion of the Core Training in Intentional Peer Support (IPS) and become registered with the Oregon Health Authority Traditional Health Worker registry as a Peer Support Specialist during the first 6 months of working for the Warmline.
Other Skills and Abilities
Will show a working understanding of what the Warmline is and what it is not by completing training role-plays both in training and in week to week development of skills.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Will take part of ongoing trainings and meetings as assigned.
Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Respect, feedback, and strong communication and team skills will be essential.
Must show and/or be willing to learn a fundamental awareness of cross-cultural issues, dual diagnosis/addictions, and effects of PTSD/trauma. Within 3 years.
Participate in ongoing trainings as assigned.
The position requires the handling of highly confidential information. Must adhere to rules and laws pertaining to client confidentiality.

* Perform visual quality checks, ensure adherence to customer specifications, and accurately document all records related to downtime, production, scrap, process deviations, etc.
* Inspect incoming and outgoing packaging to ensure product stability and conformity during shipments.
* Keep work area clean and organized and within 6S standardization.
* Report any equipment failures, safety issues or concerns to leaders.
* Assist production team members in pulling hot plastic.
* Provide training and support to new and current team members.
* Participate in and support continuous improvement efforts throughout the plant, submitting improvement ideas and action items to promote safety, increase productivity or reduce material scrap.

Station Maintenance:
Replenish your station at the end of each shift to ensure readiness for the next day.
Escalation & Communication:
Escalate any issues that prevent work progression to the Manufacturing management team

We are looking for a Line Operator to join our 2nd shift team here at our Perrigo facility located in Bronx, New York.
This is a Union Position - Starting Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour with a 4x10 schedule.
Scope of the Role
* Check schedule for assigned shop orders. Visually check equipment for cleanliness and complete all cleaning forms.
* Check pallet I.D and sign the Inventory Control logbook for receipt of pallets and instruct Inventory Control where to place each pallet coming to the line.
* Fill out and update the dry-erase board with current information from shop orders. Notify Supervisor to verify components.
* Check components against Packaging Card. Determine if all components have been checked by area supervisor and Q.A.
* Check components to determine if they are set-up for FIFO and stage components on the line.
* Request line supplies (paper towels, gloves, sleeves, pens, etc.) from line personnel.
* Check with mechanic if equipment is set-up.
* Loads tubes onto magazine of filling machine. Loads boxes into magazine on boxer. (If boxer is alongside of filler and can reach.)
* Check lot number and expiration date on components against the packaging card order. Checks weight of tubes.
* Notifies Q.A for line release. Documents activity in Area/Equipment log book.
* Document all entry on In-process Control Forms.
* Keeps lines /equipment clean of any spills. Removes PM stickers and breaks up empty tube/box corrugations.
* Protect and secure documents, inserts, labels etc. in appropriate cages during breaks.
* Maintain area clean of soiled paper towels, leaflets and folding boxes (etc.) on the floor.
* Request supply replenishment from inventory control department and obtains approval from Q.A prior to usage.
* Count and record units produced including damages and destroys during a PM/lot number run.
* Documents when drums are used and emptied onto the IPC (2) Form.
* Observe counting of all tube and other component damages and record on IPC (2) form.
* Observe counting of partial case components and completes Inventory Reconciliation form as destroyed or returns.
* Destroys components properly into garbage bins or waste drums. Completes IPC forms.
* Notifies supervisor when orders/jobs are completed and/or when there are any problems with the line.
* Check that equipment, work area or line is clear from previous components.
Experience Required
* Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English is a must.

Description Overview
The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the operation of any assigned machine or area. These activities include monitoring, operation, setup, change over, and troubleshooting, and training of other associates; and ensuring that the customer order is produced according to customer specifications, quality standards, and schedule/work order.
Scope of the Role
Operate equipment within the safety standards and guidelines.
Review production orders to verify customer specifications. Ensure line runs according to assigned quality standards, production quantity and machine specification for each item.
Coordinate the activities of assigned crew and communicate with material handlers during production runs and downtown to assure maximum efficiencies.
Changeover machines for running of different customer orders. Changeover duties include performing line clearance, check work orders to verify customer specifications, obtaining all materials required, verification of batch and lot numbers, etc.
Perform troubleshooting duties to ensure that quality parts are produced. Troubleshooting duties may include adjustment of the following: speed, temperature, air pressure, eyelet/needle, tensioner, scale factor, bobbin length. In addition, must be able to diagnose a machine problem and properly communicate it to Asset Reliability.
Complete all necessary paperwork including in-process inspection, move ticket, and the daily production sheet, which contains information on inventory used, parts produced, and rate.
Enter data in the SAP system.
Support effective implementation of all GMP requirements and understand how it affects products/processes supported and/or owned.
Involvement with RedZone utilization as instructed.
Experience Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Ability to understand and follow written and oral work instructions in English, such as safety, quality, and GMP guidelines
6 months of manufacturing job experience
Working knowledge of computers is required to perform necessary task such as finding and reading procedures, using computer terminals.
Basic math and reading comprehension skills are also required.

The Utilities Operations and Maintenance Superintendent ("Water Production Superintendent") drives training programs, monitors various projects, maintains records, provides technical expertise, and responds to emergencies. The Water Production team also supports the Storm, Sanitary and Combined Sewer systems with alarm monitoring and operational support during the winter season. Coordination with internal and external groups and asset reliability are key areas of focus.
Under limited direction the Utilities Operations and Maintenance Superintendent plans, coordinates, supervises, and reviews activities relating to the operations and maintenance of one or more of following the City systems:

DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This management-level classification is populated with multiple incumbents. Each Utilities Operations and Maintenance Superintendent manages an operational section within a Division in the Department of Utilities. This classification is distinguished from the higher-level classification, Utilities Operations and Maintenance Manager, in that the Utilities Operations & Maintenance Manager has overall administrative oversight for all sections within a Division and assumes responsibility for the department in the absence of the Director. This classification is distinguished from the next lower classification of the line supervisors in each section in that the latter classification is responsible for planning and supervising the work of crews or skilled and semi-skilled personnel.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
Limited direction is provided by the Utilities Operations and Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include direct and indirect supervision of subordinate supervisors and administrative, professional, technical, and clerical personnel.
Depending upon assignment, duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Plans, schedules, assigns, and supervises daily activities directly and through subordinate supervisors.
* Coordinates work with contractors, other utilities, and other City departments, divisions, and sections the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of water and wastewater facilities, sewer and drainage stations, water distribution systems, sewage collection systems, and flood control and storm drainage systems.
* Reviews project plans and drawings, consults with engineers, contractors, other utilities, and City staff regarding projects and project problems; provides technical advice and assistance; and evaluates work and makes change recommendations based on observation and operational problems.
* Consults with developers and contractors to ensure that City standards are met; ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local rules and regulations to provide critical safeguards against system contamination.
* Responds to emergencies such as hazard spills, floods, the failure of one or more treatment processes, loss of electrical power, or telemetry failure; and maintains a variety of records and information on the occurrences.
* Participates in and provides technical expertise and support to the development and implementation of capital improvement and a variety of other projects; and maintains records of work accomplished and prepares reports.
* Develops, implements, and monitors safe operating procedures and safety programs in the construction, maintenance and operation of the water and wastewater production and treatment facilities and distribution, drainage and sewer systems; inspects work and directs use of the most efficient methods.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or business administration, public administration, or a related field.

3. Screening Committee: (Pass/Fail) - All applications received will be forwarded to the hiring department for review until the position is filled.
