Qualifications
Required Skills and/or Education:
High school diploma required, plus four years or more of recent residential mortgage processing experience. Knowledge of agency loan programs, investor loan programs, and underwriting criteria for government and conventional offerings.
Skills and abilities sufficient to perform the essential functions--such as typing, data input, attention to detail, customer service, basic mathematical calculations, organization, and communication skills are required. Proficiency in using computer software for typical office applications and employment-related functions is also necessary.
