Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with a variety of loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, DPA's). Must know Encompass. Strong understanding of TRID regulations, CD balancing, and loan documentation. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Accurate data entry and good computer skills.
