Responsibilities:
Proactively generate mortgage loan leads through various channels.
Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and eligibility for mortgage products.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including gathering required documentation, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure that all related parties are kept informed of loan status, conveying the appropriate level of urgency and professionalism so that all expectations are exceeded.
Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
Requirements:
Active NMLS License required.
Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products
Demonstrated understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Minimum of three (3) years of residential mortgage lending experience with a focus on generating self-sourced business is preferred
