Obtain and review all entity documents. Prepare loan documentation using Laser Pro. Communicate loan status with the Lending team and Borrowers. Schedule closings and deliver loan documents to closing. Collaborate with Loan Servicing for any loan funds needed and provide booking information. Follow up to ensure timely return of original loan documents and verify that all documents are appropriately executed. Scan all loan-related documentation into the imaging system. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience documenting and closing Commercial Loans, including Commercial Real Estate and C&I Loans. Proficient in Laser Pro and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Fiserv Premier and/or Fiserv Cleartouch. Knowledge of Baker Hill is a plus.
