Role and Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate projects across design, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure successful execution
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to meet project requirements and resolve supply chain or manufacturing issues
Monitor and report on project progress, supply chain performance, and manufacturing metrics to senior management
Required Skills and Experience
Expertise in 2.5D/3D package architecture and advanced packaging technologies such as CoWoS, EMIB, SoIC, CoW, WoW, POP, etc.
Working knowledge of package design, electrical signal integrity, power integrity, thermal, and thermomechanical principles, with a fundamental understanding of 2.5D/3D package challenges
Experience with wafer level processes, package assembly processes, and substrate technology.
Strong supply chain and quality management skills, including BOM management, procurement, logistics, and inventory
Understanding of legacy packaging technologies, package failure mechanisms, and quick problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key enablement partners and customers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project requirements, product quality, reliability, system, and operational needs
Excellent communication skills
10-15% international travel required
Salary range: $180,000 - $250,000

Purpose Statement
The Machine Operator II is responsible for setting up and changing equipment based upon product need, while adhering to all food safety and food quality guidelines.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
* Observes all safety rules and regulations including use of personal protective equipment.
* Follows all established Good Manufacturing Practices, including maintaining an orderly and clean work area.
* Must be able to set up, change over, adjust, repair and operate all machinery/ equipment, on all shifts.
* Ensures all equipment is in operating condition and ready for on time startup.
* Must have the knowledge and experience to make necessary adjustments to keep products flowing consistently.
* Performs process control and quality checks.
* Operates date coders and verifies code dates on cases.
* Observes all OSHA and facility safety rules and regulations including use of personal protective equipment.
* Maintains work area in a safe and orderly fashion according to General Manufacturing Practices and Safety Guidelines.
* Cleans all equipment using current sanitation practices.
* Assists Quality Assurance in obtaining samples of products and other miscellaneous duties.
* Responsible for basic troubleshooting of all processing equipment.
* Responsible for accurate, timely, and legible completion of daily production reports/ documents.
* Complies with Continuous Improvement processes at all times.
* Trains new associates.
* Performs any other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
* Knowledge of FIFO.
* Must be able to follow instructions on a formula.
* Must be a self-starter who can work in a fast paced environment.
* Must be able to get along well with others in a team environment.
* Must be detail oriented.
* Must be flexible in work and shift hours.
* Must adhere to the GMP policies set forth for the plant.
* Computer knowledge.
* Willingness to be forklift and tote certified.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

As we scale from research and development to full-scale manufacturing, we are looking for a Robot Operators Lead to guide and support the team of Robot Operators during each shift, ensuring efficient workflows and constant data collection. The Robot Operators Lead plays a critical role in the success of each shift, acting as the go-to person for Robot Operators and ensuring smooth operations. While this is an hourly role, it carries supervisory responsibilities, including enabling all operators to maintain productivity and ensuring that data collection processes are followed consistently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to solve problems on the fly, while fostering collaboration and high performance among their team.
Job requirements
Lead and coordinate the Robot Operators on your shift, ensuring all team members are productive and collecting data as required.
Act as the first point of contact for operators during the shift, addressing questions, resolving minor issues, and escalating more complex problems to the Robot Operators Supervisor.
Monitor and ensure adherence to data collection protocols and procedures, maintaining high-quality standards.
Facilitate shift handovers by providing updates on ongoing tasks, challenges, and completed activities.
Conduct regular checks to ensure that all operators have the tools and resources needed to perform their duties efficiently.
Assist in training and onboarding new operators, helping them to quickly become productive members of the team.
Maintain accurate records of shift performance, including data collected and any issues encountered, for reporting purposes.
Support operational goals by identifying and suggesting process improvements to the Robot Operators Supervisor.
Adhere to and enforce safety and operational standards to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a leadership or team coordination role, preferably in operations, logistics, or a similar environment.
