Training and Development:

Filling in as Manager on Duty:
Fills in as Manager on Duty (At the discretion of the Assistant GM) as needed and works any assigned shifts to spread training and knowledge to off-shift employees. Trains other departments in safety protocols and procedures.
Communication and Team Collaboration:
Fosters open communication within the team and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service delivery. Build morals with team by mentoring them and visiting the off shift and weekend teams in housekeeping and maintenance.
General Maintenance Knowledge:
Maintains a general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other maintenance-related tasks, providing guidance to the team as needed.

13. Must have excellent training and coaching skills, must be able to motivate and or discipline Team Members as and when needed.
14. Must be self-motivated. Able to initiate action to correct deficiencies.
15. Must be an excellent team player.
16. Must have computers skills to include MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
17. Minimum of 5 years' work experience with production/manufacturing equipment in a maintenance (preferred) or production capacity
18. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
