Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, and equipment maintenance. Familiarity with health and safety standards, including food safety protocols and cleaning practices. Strong problem-solving skills to address maintenance issues efficiently and effectively. Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Preferred Skills: Plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair experience to handle minor maintenance issues. Experience with cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures in commercial settings.
