Responsibilities:

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Equipment Project Coordinator to support the planning, procurement, and installation of car wash equipment across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with internal teams, equipment vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery and setup of equipment for new builds and retrofits.
Project Coordination:
Assist in managing end-to-end project timelines from equipment specification to installation.
Support multiple concurrent car wash development projects ensuring milestones are met.
Equipment Procurement & Logistics:
Coordinate with vendors to order, track, and manage delivery of car wash equipment, parts, and materials.
Manage inventory levels and maintain detailed records of orders and shipments.

Site & Vendor Communication:
