This person will be joining an enterprise technology group within the Network Operations team for a major entertainment company based in the Los Angeles area and Anaheim. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity throughout the park. This team works with a Network design services group but this role and this specific team is dedicated to break-fix solutions and network operations (not network design or installation). The percentage breakdown of time is 50% incident response, 50% planning Mac work (integrating with other systems and platforms such as cloud environments/virtual machines) and other compliance configuration, and 10% misc. tasks or projects. This role will include an overnight and on call portion - roughly 8 hour shifts during the day time or night time and then 1-2 weeks not on call.
