    Job Description World Central Kitchen (WCK) seeks a temporary Operations Center Analyst to support the work of its Security Operations Center, which provides 24/7 situational awareness, incident tracking, crisis response coordination, and real-time support to WCK teams globally. The Safety and Security team at World Central Kitchen (WCK) exists to help WCK’s teams around the world operate safely and securely by developing programs to enhance activations, operations, events, and personnel and by providing real time crisis management support to teams encountering critical incidents on the ground. This temporary position will also oversee the Safety and Security logistical hub for WCK by using integrated databases to monitor world events and ongoing WCK incidents and operations, to identify and address logistical needs, mitigate threats and coordinate emergency response during times of crisis. The Ops Center will record incidents, collaborate on tasks and monitor and follow up on the resolution of these incidents. This position reports to the Chief Security Officer, will work in close collaboration with the Director of Operational Safety and Security, and coordinate support and assistance with the key Global Functional Teams and others as required. Duration: The Ops Center Analyst role is a six month (6) contract term position with the opportunity for renewal. Other daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks may include: Assist in completing and processing all client onboarding paperwork, including data entry and ensuring all required forms are completed and submitted accurately for managed money and annuity accounts. Support the opening of new accounts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected, verified and submitted to the custodian. Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure that client information is accurately entered into the system, facilitating a smooth transition to account management. Handle routine money movement requests, ensuring that transfers, distributions and other new client-directed transactions or rollovers are processed accurately and efficiently. Serve as a liaison between the firm and the custodian and monitor any client onboarding issues that may require action. Proactively monitor accounts for potential issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate teams for resolution. Ensure that all documents are properly filed and accessible, maintaining organized records for audit purposes. Work closely with client-facing teams to ensure the timeline processing of paperwork and account setups. Respond to internal team inquiries, assisting with account status, paperwork and other operational tasks. Ensure CRM is updated by entering detailed notes in a timely manner. Maintain professional communication with clients and staff. Assist in scheduling tasks for Relationship Managers and Financial Advisors. Additional tasks as assigned by management.
