We have immediate openings for full-time Drivers. Responsible for the operation of a truck and crane including driving to and from the job site, operation of the truck, crane and pans. The driver will keep the equipment clean and in good operating condition. Because this is a highly competitive business, the hours worked will be irregular with many last-minute changes. A Driver has to be flexible to the needs of the Company and its customers. Part of this job is manual labor requiring the processing of concrete and water under the policies and guidelines of the company.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

As a Forklift
Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse including loading trucks, unloading trucks, case picking product, and staging finished product being released from our packing area.
Operate forklift in a productive manner, demonstrating initiative while maintaining adequate levels of productivity, utilization, and efficiency.
Load and unload accurate quantities of damage free product in a safe manner and distributes the weight of the product in an accurate manner. Uses the accurate paperwork and the radiofrequency (RF) equipment to complete tasks. Must ensure product being loaded has cleared all quality checks and is not on hold before shipping.
Unload product as directed while visually inspecting for damaged and defective materials.
Move finished product released from the packing room to a designated bin within the warehouse in a timely and efficient manner.
Has proficient knowledge of all finished product and RF systems to facilitate an accurate rotation of stock using the FIFO (First In First Out) method.
Performs daily maintenance check of forklift
operation and turns in a written report to shift supervisor every day. Reports all needed repairs.
Builds case pick pallets/loads of mixed product as needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of sit down or stand up forklift
operations experience with a high volume distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing, or military environment.
Other
RF Scan Gun and Slip-Sheet experience preferred.
The schedule for this position will be on a 2nd or 3rd shift. Overtime and weekend work will be required.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $28.53. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. An Operator operates several types of power construction equipment, such as compressors, pumps, hoists, derricks, cranes, shovels, tractors, dozers,
scrapers
, and motor graders and off road rock trucks, to excavate, move, and grade earth. An operator will turn valves to control the air and water output of compressors and pumps. Adjusts hand wheels and depresses pedals to drive machine and control attachments, such as blades, buckets, scrapers, and swing booms. Repairs and maintains equipment.

Basic Employment Requirements
Be committed to working safely and to wearing all of the required safety equipment.

Colorado region will require joining and maintaining local operators' union membership.
Minimum Physical Requirements
Have full range of motion with neck, back, and hands, and exert muscle force repeatedly or continuously
Have vision at 20/40 with or without corrective lenses
Can hear at an average level with or without hearing devices
Be able to climb in/out of equipment without assistance
Be able to walk on uneven surfaces
Be able to twist, stoop, and bend while maintaining sure-footedness and balance
Spend about 80% of your time in motion while operating equipment
