Specific Job Functions: • Own day-to-day governance and enablement support and recommend strategies for advocacy programs in partnership with Communications Manager. • Identify opportunities to enhance risk mitigation strategies and support compliance. • Collaborate cross-functionally and develop strong working relationships internally with Program Leads, MarCom partners, Legal/Compliance, and externally with social media platform and technology partners. • Clearly articulate enterprise social media policy, best practices, and processes with stakeholders and participate in training and education efforts for consistent engagement & execution. • Support program optimizations through data analytics and develop measurement and reporting in conjunction with analytics partners to capture social efforts. • Evaluate social media initiatives through the lens of brand safety and strong performance, and support recommendations with data insights and industry trends. • Guide the creation of compelling social-first content and resources that align with key business priorities.
