Weigh, identify, and report production data in the SAP system to support inventory and stock control at the Plant.
Generate maintenance notifications in SAP to ensure that the necessary maintenance is carried out on the machine or auxiliary equipment when required.
Report unsafe conditions in the Plant and unsafe acts by personnel, provide support during safety inspections, and report incidents and/or accidents in the Plant in coordination with the Safety department.
Comply with the 5S activity program by applying order and cleanliness to ensure that work areas remain safe.

Summary of Position
The Hydraulics Machine (H&M) Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and reconditioning of hydraulic machines and lifting devices (H&M) shipped to and stored at the North America Distribution Center (DC). This role includes diagnosing mechanical defects, supporting repairs, and ensuring all equipment meets Doka Group standards. The Technician also serves as a subject matter expert on the proper handling and use of H&M equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect hydraulic machines and lifting devices from subsidiaries and clients.

Track and document maintenance hours for proper client billing.

What you'll do:
The Production Technician is responsible for a wide range of skills including: wire, assemble, fit and mount sub-assemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment. Perform assembly required for test preparation and final inspection. Use established power checking procedures and equipment to verify electrical/mechanical integrity of units assembled. Perform all assignments within acceptable quantity and perfect quality requirements in keeping within assigned functions.
Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards to customer specification based on electrical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and work instructions with the use of hand and power tools.
Inspect and test finished products to maintain quality standards and ensure conformance with specifications and codes.
Use various tools, such as wire strippers and plyers to perform the electrical wiring assembly of panelboards and/or switchboards.
Maintain expected progress of jobs in the area of assignment and communicate problem areas or part shortages.
Receive and put away material; prepare finished products for shipment.
Perform Lean Initiatives by recommending suggestions for improvement related to quality, work processes, and environmental safety and health. Maintain equipment, tools, and work area per established 5S guidelines.
Cross-train and flex across functions based on development and business needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in an assembly related role with the use of hand and/or power tools (experience in automotive repairs, construction, carpentry, or other assembly type environments will be considered).

Role Summary/Purpose
Plan and perform the set up and operation of an assigned CNC numerical controlled lathe to machine component parts in process of ferrous, non-ferrous and alloy metals. Work involves the assignment to either the NC/CNC Lathes, proving out computer programs in collaboration with Programmer, and following prescribed program, tooling, set up and offset specifications.
Essential Responsibilities
Must be able to work from detail part drawings, work orders, set ups, tooling, process and operation instruction sheets, and digital program.
Set up and operate 2-axis lathes and operate 4-axis lathes on a wide range of products, receiving assistance from programmer or supervisor if needed.
Review parts program file and select set tools in tool holder, turret, or cross slide location.
Operate control console to enter program data, back off tool offsets, and check out with dry run. Edit the program as required.
Unload bar stock from delivery truck with overhead crane and place in intermediate storage area.
Load part, sequence each tool, enter offset adjustment data, and continue trails (as required) to produce piece meeting drawing specifications.
Inspect parts periodically in accordance with established frequency, for conformance to quality and engineering specifications, making offsets (as required) to compensate for tool wear.
Indicate work to detect and eliminate run out.
Tolerances are very strict and involve a demand for squareness, concentricity, and parallelism.
Detect and report faulty operations, defective material, and equipment, drawing discrepancies, and other unusual conditions to the proper supervisor.
Maintain workplace in neat and orderly condition.

Thompson Pipe Group is currently looking for a Production Machine Operator.
Overview:
This position, Production Machine Operator is responsible for operating production machines to produce concrete products.
Essential Functions:
Operate equipment (MBK, Packerhead, Vibromac) efficiently to produce concrete products from raw material to yard stage
Inspect the quality of products according to standards
Assist in maintaining accurate and timely production goals
Monitor the operations of machinery and associated equipment and report any concerns or malfunctions
Perform machine set-up and clean-up and other functions associated with job changes
Maintain housekeeping in assigned area
Cross train on other aspects of production process
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Education and experience:
Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment required. Experience in the precast concrete/pipe manufacturing industry preferred
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, machine operating and maintenance instructions
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of the position
Current Driver's License
High School Diploma or GED equivalency preferred
Must be able to perform basic math.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Will work in varied outdoor environments (in all weather conditions - heat, cold, wet, humid, dry and/or dusty conditions).
Exposure to cement, and other raw materials.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move products and supplies, up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in the English language (Bilingual a plus)
Must be able to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection
Must be able to sit and operate equipment for long periods up to 10+ hours per day
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. OT will be required as needed. Scheduled shift hours are subject to change to meet business needs. This position occasionally requires weekend work.

Fast Hole EDM Machine Operators
Analyzes and interpret Op sheets, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and travelers to produce products that meet or exceed customer specifications.
Operates multiple EDM machines when required.
Take apart, clean, and rebuild tooling after completed production runs.
Knowledge of rotary/linear axes and G and M codes
Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to specifications, using precision measuring tools such as pin gauges, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, borescopes and more.
Documents actions by updating control charts, travelers, and reporting labor in the ERP system.
Focuses and concentrates on the task at hand without being distracted.
Maintains continuity among shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Previous conventional machining experience preferred but not required
Have basic mechanical and mathematical skills
Manufacturing experience a plus
Must be a United States Citizen, or a US Permanent Resident
Physical Requirements
Lift, push and/or pull up to 45 pounds occasionally
Stand at least 95% of scheduled shift
Routinely perform reaching, twisting, bending, and grasping to move and set tools, equipment, and materials
Drug-Free Workplace and conducts pre-employment drug and background screening and random drug screening
