This individual will report to the head of marketing as a manager of their role from strategy to execution.
Job Description
Motorola Solutions is looking for an experienced graphic designer to drive creative storytelling concepts through visual design and integrate concepts into the organization's overall objectives for Envysion. This individual will conceptualize, design, and implement creative campaigns focused on promoting and building brand awareness and generating quantifiable demand and increasing MROI.
This graphic designer should bring experience in collaborative work environments and effective communication skills ensuring all projects align with business needs. They will work with the marketing team in building and maintaining our brand, product marketing, and supporting our sales team with a variety of sales enablement and demand generation activities. In working as a team and with our outside vendors, our team will support our internal customers, including Sales, Customer Success and Support, Product Management, Training, and Leadership with corporate marketing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Brainstorm and create visually compelling stories for marketing assets which may include website, presentations, social media graphics, animations, illustrations, icons, sales collateral, resource guides, videos, animations, exhibition stands, digital and print campaigns, etc.
Support the marketing team's efforts by providing assets for blog articles, monthly newsletters and ongoing demand generation and brand campaigns
Graphic design support for both internal or external related events such as brochure and page layout, trade show booths, swag, posters, photography, etc.
Work cross-functionally with content marketing and product marketing to craft slide decks, case studies, one sheets, and product and feature launches for the company's target markets
Work alongside our digital marketing team to continuously improve the current website and ensure design consistency to drive maximum traffic and boost lead conversion
Develop and maintain brand style guidelines, templates, and iconography
Edit and proofread material with close attention to detail before publication
Continually grow familiarity with new and developing creative design technologies, tactics and strategies
Function, adapt, and succeed in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
Bring a positive attitude and motivation to deliver the highest quality assets
Respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or other equivalent subject preferred
Ability to execute a high volume of design tasks with a quick turnaround while maintaining highest level of quality and brand standards
5+ years experience with designing branding and marketing materials, preferably in B2B
5+ years experience in designing for web
3+ years experience in pre-production and file preparation techniques for print design
Expert knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign)
Knowledge and experience of illustration, infographic, and icon design principles
Practical knowledge in Figma or Sketch a plus
Working experience using 3D software a plus
Basic knowledge of video editing a plus
Strong awareness of design trends
Have online portfolio or samples of work showing relevant experience
Ability to own projects and seek out answers from stakeholders
Excellent project management skills; Organized and able to follow up on long and short-term projects
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 USD

Material Handler in Distribution will need to perform tasks to process inbound receipts and fill orders for internal/external customers, insuring there are accurate inventories in stock and that quality products are delivered for customer use. Job Summary:
Broadcom Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Orbital Welding Installation Technician to join our Facilities team. The successful candidate will support the installation of high-purity stainless steel piping systems and semiconductor equipment into existing cleanroom environments. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in TIG, Mig welding and either experience with, or the aptitude and willingness to be trained in, automated orbital welding of high-purity systems used in semiconductor manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Install high-purity stainless steel piping systems using orbital welding equipment to meet semiconductor-grade standard.
Install Stainless steel , copper , and PVC piping systems per Broadcom design.
Perform TIG welding and preparation of stainless steel tubing per tool installation requirements and internal specifications.
Assist in the layout and fabrication of piping routes based on isometric drawings and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
Work with various piping systems, including high purity piping, to ensure proper installation. Certified welding (Stainless steel, PVDF, Poly, and PFA)
Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure installations are completed on schedule and meet all safety and quality standards.
Follow cleanroom protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations. Follow Broadcom's internal specification and tool installation standards.
Troubleshoot installation issues and provide timely solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Create and complete work plan prior to all installations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in Welding, plumbing, construction, high purity piping is required.
Familiarity with semiconductor cleanroom environments is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Familiarity with semiconductor cleanroom environments and UHP (ultra-high purity) standards is a plus.
6+ years of experience in TIG welding, pipefitting, or high-purity mechanical installations.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Technical certifications or vocational training in electrical, plumbing, construction, or welding and pipefitting prefered.

Tool Installation Program Manager Description
Tool Installation Program Manager in the Semiconductor Cleanroom Technologies group will manage scheduling, estimating, design, prioritization, and construction of semiconductor tool installations, moves and demolition in support of a dynamic manufacturing environment. Work day is 12.25 hours alternating between 3 and 4 day work weeks.
A Shift schedule is 6:00am-6:15pm Sun, Mon, Tue, every other Wed
B Shift schedule is 6:00am-6:15pm Thu, Fri, Sat, every other Wed
C Shift schedule is 6:00pm-6:15am Sun, Mon, Tue, every other Wed

Applicants for night shift openings (working 6:00pm-6:15am) strongly preferred.
Typically 8-10 hours per day are spent standing and walking while continuously lifting and moving boxes of wafers weighing approximately 10 lbs. Work time is spent in a cleanroom environment wearing a full body, head to foot, cleanroom suit. Additional Personal Protective Equipment must also be worn when handling or working indirectly with hazardous materials.
- Job Summary:
Performs a variety of functions in the production of semiconductor devices that include using wafer fabrication tools and processes, testing product, and delivering product to work areas. Must have an uncompromising dedication to following safety procedures and protocol. Uses written procedures and process specifications in completing assignments. Works collaboratively and professionally in a team environment to achieve production goals.
- Skill:
Leads in a team environment to maximize quality and throughput in a safe manner. Has an understanding of customer and vendor relationships within the factory. Ability to train team members to process and equipment procedures. Applies knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing to avoid quality issues. Depth of tool knowledge enables highly productive use of equipment sets and proactive management of tool issues.
- Job Complexity:
Works on assignments that may be complex in nature, requiring judgment and troubleshooting skills. Basic process decision-making required. Assignments may span multiple work areas. Uses broad job knowledge to drive operating improvements.
- Supervision:
Ability to work with minimal supervision. May take team leadership roles to coordinate activities on a daily basis.

Broadcom custom silicon division is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software/Firmware Engineer to contribute to the development, testing, and support of high-speed serial communication and data conversion IPs. The ideal candidate will be a versatile problem-solver with expertise in both software and firmware development, capable of quickly mastering new technologies and driving innovation in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain firmware/software for high-speed serial communication (e.g., SerDes) and data conversion IPs.
Refactor existing software to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Develop and maintain regression test suites using tools like gtest to ensure robustness of software/hardware systems.
Evolve and modernize legacy software infrastructure to support next-generation hardware and system requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug firmware/software on hardware platforms using tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and RTL Verilog simulations.
Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, Linux, and shell scripting (bash).
Optimize software for performance, reliability, and compatibility across Linux-based systems.

Debug and resolve complex issues in field-deployed systems under time constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
BSEE with 12+ years, MSEE with 10+ years, or PhD with 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C/C++ with expertise in threading, network programming, and system-level software development.
Strong experience in firmware/software development (full lifecycle) and software refactoring to enhance legacy systems.
Demonstrated expertise in regression test development and maintenance, including tools like gtest.
Experience with Linux system programming (e.g., kernel modules, drivers), bash scripting, and Jenkins CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with Linux administration (e.g., system configuration, troubleshooting).
Knowledge of high-speed SerDes, and related protocols.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with serial communication interfaces (SPI, TWI, UART, USB).
Proficiency in Python, or shell scripting for automation, or test equipment control
Ability to debug hardware-software interactions using lab equipment and RTL simulations.
Experience with revision control tools (e.g., Git) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
Strong grasp of hardware-software tradeoffs, including ability to evaluate and implement minimal firmware for prototyping.

**ASIC Design - Senior Manager**
Be part of the Custom Silicon IC Team within Broadcom ASIC Products Division in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. Create custom CMOS ASIC's for industry leading AI, Cellular, Networking, Computing, and Storage products. The candidate for this position will have hands on experience taking leading-edge IC designs at speeds exceeding 1GHz from concept through product release. You will be responsible for customer communications and overall chip design execution for all aspects of IC design, including floor planning, routing, timing, physical integration of custom logic, and physical verification.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Lead & manage a leading-edge ASIC design team responsible for all aspects of physical ASIC design

+ Internal communication to align and drive schedules with IP teams, DFT teams, packaging teams, quality teams, etc.
+ Ensure on-time execution and first-time right silicon for all ASIC design programs

**Required:**
