Location:
Crown is building a brand new manufacturing facility in Martinsville, Virginia. This state-of-the-art facility will manufacture specialty beverage cans for some of the top consumer product companies. Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Manager works closely with all aspects of the manufacturing process from the raw material to the finished product and support daily productions activities. This is a managerial position, which would include the daily supervision of Quality Assurance Inspectors on the production floor.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Quality Assurance Manager responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations

Bachelor's degree preferably in Quality or Project Management
Five to seven year(s) experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
Minimum five (5) years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with proven Quality Management System oversight capability
At least three years of proven supervisory experience

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
