    Primary Responsibility: This position is responsible for supporting the customer service department. Role will be responsible for creating sales orders and jobs ensuring roll specifications are maintained to meet the customer's requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Correctly identify part numbers, descriptions, dimensions, receiving papers and associated purchase orders. Coordinate customer's specifications, including new requirements, past orders, previous specifications, blueprints or drawings, prior production issues, processing failures, blueprints, or drawings. Enter customer orders and respective roll specifications in Epicor Database. Coordinate and ensure that all specifications are recorded into the computer system and printed on job routers. Watch for and properly process and notify proper department personnel/scheduler when rush orders are received. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to accomplish daily company objectives by effectively communicating with Customers, purchasing, and scheduling personnel. Ability to provide accurate quotes to customers. Maintain a clean work environment, floors swept, supplies properly stored, office area cleaned and well maintained. Awareness of and adherence to all suitable and relevant environmental, health, and safety policies. Provide the best customer service in the industry by sending SOA and checking on status of orders.
