As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an integral role in attracting top talent to Kyocera and be a part of our success. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, identify, and select high performers while providing an exceptional customer-focused experience to all involved within the hiring process. Reporting into the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will join a small and integral team, focusing on running the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with the HRBP's, Legal, Marketing, Finance teams and more.

Responsibilities
+ Source active and passive candidates for exempt and non-exempt level positions on job boards, professional networks, social media, and through referrals among others
+ Screen and interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process, presenting candidates with a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds, as they align to the requirements of each role
+ Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define their recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
+ Provide a positive impression of Kyocera by maintaining a customer-focused approach
+ Update and maintain all information within our ATS (iCIMS) to ensure accurate capture of data, tracking of processes and reporting of the recruitment KPIs and SLA targets
+ In collaboration with the Director, Talent Acquisition, and the HR team, organize hiring events and participate in job and University career fairs
+ Manage an ongoing talent portfolio and support the movement of high-potential diverse talent
+ Provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences from initial contact through offer stage
Qualifications
+ Minimum 5 years' experience of full-cycle, permanent recruitment, preferably into Sales, Technology or General & Administrative positions
+ Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e., iCims) and other related databases
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you'll interact with all levels across the company
+ Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, while communicating to all parties involved
+ Strong detail orientation and organizational skills to ensure smooth running of approximately 15-20 requisitions consistently
+ Prior experience of working independently, focusing on and able to prioritize according to the relevant needs of the business
+ Experience of issue resolution, using initiative to identify issues and provide adequate and timely solutions
+ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
+ This role will require some travel nationally, likely around 10-15% of the time
Preferred:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required
+ Knowledge of OFCCP/DOL compliance preferred but not required

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or pediatric sector.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with local labor markets and recruitment practices in the Corpus Christi area is a plus.
