MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Sourcing & Recruitment
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Leads the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the Subaru of America (SOA) operations, encompassing candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, evaluating and proposing compensation packages, negotiating offers, and managing the seamless onboarding of new hires.

TA Programs: Oversees the design and implementation of and takes ownership of Talent Acquisition-related programs (such as internship program and military recruiting) to include the development of strategic partnerships with professional organizations and colleges/universities. Partners with departments across SOA to conduct needs assessments for future program development and develops goals for the program. Demonstrates subject matter expertise in defined business area and for associated program(s).
REQUIRED SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Educational and Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent of six (6) or more years of relevant work experience. A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years in strategic recruiting and talent advisory roles is essential.
High-Level Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in managing recruitment for all levels up to Director-level positions as assigned by manager and overseeing large-scale hiring initiatives.
