Responsibilities
* Receives in-bound communications from customers and/or facility personnel. Documenting real-time call in CRM, following customer-centric questioning to gather pertinent facts, recording situation electronically, and forwarding concerns to appropriate (department) functional area for resolution. Our Company Abode Care Partners BrightSpring Home Based Primary Care owns and operates various entities in Primary Care including a Medical Services company, Population Health Management services company, and a Medicare Advantage Institutional Special Needs Plan (I-SNP). Under the direction of the General Manager, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for supporting these various entities while ensuring high quality financial and analytical support to meet the business needs and objectives.
While the primary focus of this position will be to support the Medicare Advantage Institutional Special Needs Plan (I-SNP), the Manager will work in collaboration with all clinical and operations staff on varying initiatives including but not limited to quality improvement, reporting, clinical informatics, and strategic improvement models all with the intent to optimize services across all lines of business.
Responsibilities
* Update, validate and communicate impact of strategic operational changes to senior management and Company operations on a consistent basis.

* Prepare forecasting/recasting analysis & support: audit historic data, model current and future assumptions, coordinate and collaborate with operations and senior leadership to validate assumptions.
* Build pro formas for De Novos growth decisions, and tracking tools once implemented.
* Assist in development of strategic presentation sets to support Budget, MOR, Sales, Key Strategic Operational changes, etc.

* Assist with preparing and submitting statutory filing requirements, Actuarial needs, Annual financial audits, and other audit engagements as they arise.

* Assist with managing budgeting process including coordinating and procuring all required inputs / assumptions.
* Prepare and submit accounting entries monthly.

Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with preference for an MBA
Experience/Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a regulated environment supporting Government reporting regulations and meeting high standards for integrity and accuracy of financial transactions.

Technician Responsibilities:
* Fills prescription items, as permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy, packaging medications for dispensing and for delivery, meeting the accuracy and productivity standards of the pharmacy
* Prepares medications including emulsions, liquids, powders and ointments, which may include non-sterile compounding
* Technician Performance will further include:

Responsibilities
* Responsible for collection efforts of facility level accounts for services rendered by PharMerica and the reconciliation of any balance variances which may include partial payments, double payments and/or credits.
* Works with facilities, receiving in/out bound telephone calls and/or emails, providing customer service through explaining their bill and following-up on past due accounts using approved collection techniques

* Works with Site Pharmacy Director and pharmacy staff to ensure the business unit is in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws/pharmacy regulations and Corporate Compliance Program
* Works with Site pharmacy management to ensure implementation of daily operational quality and cost containment strategies (pre-pack, front-end process, cycle-fill) occurs on all dispensing and procurement activities
* Works with Site pharmacy management to monitor the purchasing and inventory supply for the pharmacy to ensure goals are being met (inventory turns, preferred products, generics, TI, controlled drug monitoring)
* Implements policies and procedures for the safe procurement, storage, distribution and use of drugs and biologicals, as well as disposal of drugs
Technician Responsibilities:
* Fills prescription items, as permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy, packaging medications for dispensing and for delivery, meeting the accuracy and productivity standards of the pharmacy
* Prepares medications including emulsions, liquids, powders and ointments, which may include non-sterile compounding
* Technician Performance will further include:
* Works in the Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) Room;
* Works with automated machines to prepack drugs;
* Assists in inventory functions such as monitoring pharmaceutical levels and identify expired medications, managing to the pharmacy standard for Days on Hand;
* Inputs patient data and medication orders into a computer system to produce labels (data entry);
* Mixes/packages IV medications sanitizes IV room, equipment and hood
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of all department policies and procedures and efficient workflow practices to enable adequate evaluation of deficiencies
Project Management:
* Under the direction of the Sr Pharmacist, Internal Operations
* Selects and applies appropriate tools to accurately estimate and plan the work of teams or project groups within agreed policies. Produces work plans according to required standards. Works with team to produce/recommend/develop long-term plans
* Monitors and reports on the progress of the resolution of high impact problems according to established standards
* Policy and procedure task force participation
* Pharmacy outcomes strategy and optimization planning
Qualifications
* Education/Learning Experience
* Required: High School or GED
* Work Experience
* Required: 5 Years LTC Technician, Leadership Experience
* Desired: 10 Years LTC Field
* Licenses/Certifications
* Required: Eventual Multistate State Licensure/Registration, National Certification
* Desired: All State or Multistate Licensure/Registration, National Certification
* Travel
* Required: 75% + travel required for this position
